Mike has been in the fitness industry for his entire life and understands what it takes to design a comprehensive wellness program that gets results. He oversees the day to day operations, does one on one fitness coaching, and teaches group fitness classes.

Pam Kosinski

Operations Manager

Pam has over 15 years industry experience, specializing in office administration management. Her degrees in Health and Wellness are complimented by a genuine desire to help others.  Pam serves as a liaison between the clients, trainers, and community directors while ensuring operations run efficiently for the communities she serves.

Jake is a World Record Holder and Ultra Runner with countless races under his belt. He brings the no quit attitude it takes to achieve those accomplishments into his training sessions to motivate and support his clients towards success.

Training and coaching has been a part of his life for over a decade in which he has helped people grow muscle, lose fat,  move with less pain, heal nagging injuries and build confidence. His passion for everything health and fitness can be felt by those around him and it’s this passion that helps his clients earn and achieve amazing results.

Louise Taylor

Personal Trainer/Group Fitness

Once her professional dancing days were complete, Louise became a NASM certified trainer. Louise has helped clients throughout the US and UK. She believes her method of training is safe, effective, challenging but doable with an approach to the clients individual needs, all aimed at improving your mental health and well being alongside creating a fitter, healthier version of yourself.

Marion Moreau

Personal Trainer/Group Fitness

Marion is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. She has certifications in mental toughness, women’s fitness, behavior changes and dietary management. Her clients know her as kind, hardworking, fun, and firm. She believes in balance when it comes to body and mind. Marion is bilingual and speaks fluent French and English.

John Dufault

Personal Trainer

Coach John has been a personal trainer for almost 10 years. He specializes in the field of human movement and biomechanics, which allows him to work with a variety of clients from young athletes to busy working professionals. John is certified golf performance coach and teaches golfers how to improve their game through proper mobility and movement techniques.

Fitness is my passion and I’ve been exercising for close to 5 years now. I have a degree in Exercise Science from FAU, which gave me a strong foundation in human movement, physiology, and program design—tools I now use every day to help my clients. My approach is all about making fitness fun and accessible, whether you’re looking to build strength, lose weight, or just feel better in your own skin. Seeing clients succeed and transform their lives is what drives me every day.

Jack Benggio

Yoga/Group Fitness

Jack, an RYT-certified instructor with a 200-hour eRYT from Yoga Alliance, specializes in Integral Hatha, creating sequences for all levels. In 2020, he worked with the Department of Defense on an Army Pilot Program at Fort Jackson, integrating yoga into Boot Camp training. His goal is to make yoga accessible and help practitioners feel confident in their bodies.

Scott Baker

Yoga/Pilates

Coming from a dance background in college in Philadelphia,  Scott began his career as a yoga instructor in California and has continued teaching yoga for almost 10 years. With over 700 recorded hours, Scott has certifications in many styles of yoga.

Paul has over two decades of experience as a boxing trainer and has dedicated his life to honing his craft and sharing his extensive knowledge with aspiring boxers. Known for his passionate and disciplined approach combined with his deep understanding of the sport, and his commitment to his student’s growth and success, makes him a revered figure in the boxing community.

Alli is  a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. Her passion is to help all people of all ages feel strong in life! Coaching kids and leading seniors and everything in between for over 20 years.

Maria Bushey

Personal Trainer/Spin/Group Fitness

Certified in fitness since 1985 and AFAA personal training since 2011, Maria is a passionate coach who makes workouts fun. She holds certifications in Group Fitness and Spin, her favorite class to teach. A two-time NPC Bikini Competition award winner, Maria is dedicated to helping clients succeed and experience the benefits of exercise.

Dr. Heather Behr

Nutritional Doctor

Dr. Behr spent the last ten years conducting research on weight loss and nutrition. Her work and recommendations are published in peer-reviewed journals and serve as guidance to promote lifestyle change, weight loss, and optimal health.

Deniz Kilic

Deniz, a certified NASM and PPSC personal trainer in Delray Beach, FL, helps clients unlock their potential through a holistic fitness approach. Combining exercise science with mind-body balance, she builds strength, confidence, and resilience at any age. Passionate about health and fitness, Danielle combines her knowledge in all areas to provide clients with the most efficient workouts. As a certified nutrition coach, she specializes in weight loss. As a certified personal trainer, she specializes in building muscle mass and definition. The group fitness classes she teaches are high energy and rewarding; filled with movements from mobility to strength. She enjoys bringing fitness to all ages and backgrounds. Yulia Deminskaya

Yulia Deminskaya is a certified Aqua Aerobics Instructor and former professional swimmer with 15 years of experience. She also coaches swimming, helping clients improve technique and confidence in the water. As a High-Performance Mental Coach and Nutritionist, she supports tennis players and golfers with a focus on mindset, nutrition, and performance. Fluent in Russian and English, Yulia blends her expertise to help clients reach their full potential.

Cris Graeser

Zumba

Certified Zumba instructor with extensive experience in groups +55. She believes she has the mission to bring well-being and health through dance.  With inclusive, easy and fun classes. Speaks Portuguese and Spanish.

Patti Martinez

Yoga

With a background in Vedic Thai Assisted Stretch, Pilates, and multiple yoga styles, she brings deep expertise to her teaching. Her journey from collegiate cheer and dance to martial arts enhances her mind-body connection. A former elementary teacher, Patty’s warm, inclusive style welcomes all ages and skill levels to explore and thrive.

Dr. Vladimir Stojnic

Physical Therapy Partner

Dr Vladimir Stojnic’s desire to be more involved in the process of rehabilitative medicine steered him to Columbia University, where he graduated with a Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy. His long term involvement as well as passion for sports guided him towards earning Strength and Conditioning Specialist certification, which charged his engagement with the athletic population as well as art performers from various Broadway shows in New York City.

Naamah Freundlich

Personal Trainer/Group Fitness

Native of New York with roots in Florida, currently resides in Boca with her four children. Her dynamic personality is harnessed in serving Hashem through the art of teaching fitness and dance to all ages and walks of life .As a dedicated professional ,with over 18 years of experience, she currently leads group fitness classes with a community wellness concierge service, country clubs, training clients of all ages and leading Dance and fitness Functions. Naamah seamlessly brings professionalism , positivity ,joy and loads of fun to her classes clients and dance functions !

Corey Lewin

Kids Director

Coach Corey has been running Get Fit 4 Kidz for almost 20 years. He has a passion for kids and sports and combined them to make this business successful. Your kids will have fun, stay fit and make new friends in the classes and camps he offers.

Jarrid Frye

Basketball Coach

After playing professionally overseas, Frye shifted his attention to working with the youth in classrooms and on the basketball court. Frye currently coaches the basketball team at Spanish River Community High School.

Lori Lapidos

Yoga

Lori Lapidos is a dedicated yoga teacher specializing in chair yoga, mat yoga, and functional mobility. She blends breath and movement to create accessible practices that build strength, balance, and ease in daily life. Lori believes movement is medicine and that every body—regardless of age or ability—deserves to feel grounded, connected, and capable.

Her classes emphasize mindfulness and functional movement, giving students tools to move, feel, and live better. She considers it an honor to guide others on their wellness journey through yoga.
