Drew Page -Personal Trainer
Fitness is my passion and I’ve been exercising for close to 5 years now. I have a degree in Exercise Science from FAU, which gave me a strong foundation in human movement, physiology, and program design—tools I now use every day to help my clients. My approach is all about making fitness fun and accessible, whether you’re looking to build strength, lose weight, or just feel better in your own skin. Seeing clients succeed and transform their lives is what drives me every day.

Alli Harris -Personal Trainer/Group Fitness
Alli is a certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor. Her passion is to help all people of all ages feel strong in life! Coaching kids and leading seniors and everything in between for over 20 years.

Maria Bushey -Personal Trainer/Group Fitness
Certified in fitness since 1985 and AFAA personal training since 2011, Maria is a passionate coach who makes workouts fun. She holds certifications in Group Fitness and Spin, her favorite class to teach. A two-time NPC Bikini Competition award winner, Maria is dedicated to helping clients succeed and experience the benefits of exercise.

Jack Benggio -Personal Trainer/Yoga/Group Fitness
Jack, an RYT-certified instructor with a 200-hour eRYT from Yoga Alliance, specializes in Integral Hatha, creating sequences for all levels. In 2020, he worked with the Department of Defense on an Army Pilot Program at Fort Jackson, integrating yoga into Boot Camp training. His goal is to make yoga accessible and help practitioners feel confident in their bodies.

Dr. Heather Behr -Nutrition/Lifestyle Coach
Dr. Behr spent the last ten years conducting research on weight loss and nutrition. Her work and recommendations are published in peer-reviewed journals and serve as guidance to promote lifestyle change, weight loss, and optimal health.

Marion Moreau -Personal Trainer/Group Fitness
Marion is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. She has certifications in mental toughness, women’s fitness, behavior changes and dietary management. Her clients know her as kind, hardworking, fun, and firm. She believes in balance when it comes to body and mind. Marion is bilingual and speaks fluent French and English.

Deniz Kilic
Personal Trainer/Group Fitness
Deniz, a certified NASM and PPSC personal trainer in Delray Beach, FL, helps clients unlock their potential through a holistic fitness approach. Combining exercise science with mind-body balance, she builds strength, confidence, and resilience at any age. Known for her compassionate coaching, Deniz inspires clients to embrace each day with vitality and joy.

Ross Parris
Aqua/Dance
Ross brings high energy and constant movement to every class, creating an engaging and motivating atmosphere. Whether leading aqua aerobics, dance, balance, stretch, or cardio sculpt, he ensures workouts are effective and fun. His enthusiasm helps students build strength, flexibility, and endurance while staying inspired.

Gabrielle Cain
Zumba
With over 13 years of experience as a Zumba instructor and a background as a middle school Health and Science educator, Gabrielle is passionate about promoting lifelong healthy habits. Her love for dance inspired her to bring energy and joy to every class, creating a fun and inclusive atmosphere for participants of all skill levels. Beyond the music and movement, she values the connections formed in her classes and the smiles that make each session a rewarding experience.

Scott Baker
Yoga/Pilates
Coming from a dance background in college in Philadelphia, Scott began his career as a yoga instructor in California and has continued teaching yoga for almost 10 years. With over 700 recorded hours, Scott has certifications in many styles of yoga.

John Dufault
Personal Trainer
Coach John has been a personal trainer for almost 10 years. He specializes in the field of human movement and biomechanics, which allows him to work with a variety of clients from young athletes to busy working professionals. John is certified golf performance coach and teaches golfers how to improve their game through proper mobility and movement techniques.

Drew Schroeder
Aqua
Drew is a dedicated Water Aerobics instructor passionate about creating an engaging and holistic fitness experience. With a focus on integrating mind, body, and spirit, Drew designs classes that cater to all fitness levels, ensuring a personalized and effective workout for every participant. Known for an energetic and welcoming approach, Drew fosters a supportive environment where individuals can improve their strength, flexibility, and overall well-being while enjoying the benefits of water-based exercise.

Patti Martinez
Yoga
With a background in Vedic Thai Assisted Stretch, Pilates, and multiple yoga styles, she brings deep expertise to her teaching. Her journey from collegiate cheer and dance to martial arts enhances her mind-body connection. A former elementary teacher, Patty’s warm, inclusive style welcomes all ages and skill levels to explore and thrive.

Jake Fleury
Personal Trainer
Jake is a World Record Holder and Ultra Runner with countless races under his belt. He brings the no quit attitude it takes to achieve those accomplishments into his training sessions to motivate and support his clients towards success.

Valeria Rodriguez
Zumba
Valeria, a Zumba instructor since 2011, brings energy and inclusivity to every class. Her dynamic routines and high-energy playlists keep students motivated while improving endurance and coordination. Whether in group classes or private sessions, she makes fitness fun and accessible for all.

- In the rare event we must cancel a class due to instructor availability we will provide a makeup class later in the month.
- For personal training sessions we have a 24 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations without 24 hour notice will forfeit the session.
- For credit card payments we have a 3.5% fee to cover the cost of processing.
